Overnight Programs

FaySummer Overnight Programs

Ready to spread your wings and try something new? FaySummer offers two unique overnight programs for students from all over the country—and all over the world—for a summer adventure that is guaranteed to be full of learning, growth, and fun.

Academic Adventures:
Two-Week Day or Overnight Sessions • July 11 - July 22 & July 25 - Aug. 5 • Ages 10-14
Academic Adventures is an enrichment experience for academically motivated and curious students from around the country, and the world. The courses during the program are hands-on learning labs, where students are actively involved in fun projects that lead to a deeper understanding of the subject area and conjure excitement about new ideas.

English Immersion:
One Four-Week Overnight Session • July 10 - Aug. 5 • Ages 10-15 •
English Immersion is designed for international students who are interested in improving their English speaking, writing, and reading skills. This in-person, overnight option is an ideal setting for students to improve their English skills through daily classroom instruction, with opportunities to put their English language skills to work in activities with American students who are enrolled in other summer programs.
"Although our son’s favorite activities changed from week to week, his love for camp has not waned. His enthusiasm and excitement is a testament to the staff at Fay."  - FaySummer parent

What makes our overnight programs special?

Meet Students from Everywhere!

When you sign up for one of our overnight camps, your afternoons, evenings, and weekends will be spent with students from all our programs. Campers come together for activities, team building games, field trips, and social events. It’s a great way to expand horizons and meet students from all parts of the world.

Boarding at Fay

FaySummer Overnight participants stay in single, double, or triple air-conditioned rooms in an intimate, home-style setting with a common room and shared bathrooms. Teachers and counselors live in the dorms with the students, providing 24-hour supervision and care. All students enrolled in our overnight programs have access to Fay’s state-of-the-art facilities, including our 3,700 square-foot Innovation Lab, a dining room for family-style meals, swimming pools, athletic fields, tennis courts, gym, indoor rock climbing wall, an outdoor adventure course, theater, dance studio, and art center.

Our Team

As the oldest junior boarding school in the United States and home to middle school students during the school year, we are experts in making the boarding experience a positive one for adolescents. Our team is composed of Fay School’s faculty and staff, teachers from the local community, professionals in their fields, and college students who have experience working with children. All are trained in their areas of expertise and well versed in helping young people make the transition to living away from home.

With Fay located just 25 miles west of Boston, it’s easy to take advantage of everything the area has to offer, from the mountains of New Hampshire to the Atlantic shoreline. Campers spend their weekends off campus for fun and educational day trips that showcase the best of New England.
