Academic Adventures Day Camp
Fay Academic Camp
DATES & RATES
FaySummer takes place on Fay School’s 66-acre campus in Southborough, Massachusetts. Students have access to all of the school’s state-of-the-art facilities, including two pools, athletic fields, tennis courts, gyms, indoor rock climbing wall, outdoor adventure course, theater, visual arts center, and Innovation Lab for our “makers.”
FaySummer campers have access to two outdoor, heated swimming pools. One pool is an adult-size, 25 meter pool...
and the other is a zero-entry, 3 foot deep wading/teaching pool. Both pools are always supervised by trained lifeguards.
Our adventure course, located in a wooded corner of campus near the Sudbury Reservoir, includes high ropes and low ropes, a 37-foot climbing tower, and a new 12-foot climbing element for our youngest campers that was installed in 2018.
We have eight hard-surface tennis courts that all campers can use and where our tennis Specialty Camp takes place.
Campers can relax in our sunken garden by reading a book or working on an art project.
There are two playgrounds on campus that campers use each day. One is designed for younger campers...
... and the other one is better suited for older campers.
Campers use Fay’s Harlow Gym and its two regulation-size basketball courts to play basketball and other indoor games.
There are five athletic fields on Fay's main campus and campers use them to play soccer and other games.
Find your inner (or outer!) artist! Summer is a perfect time to express yourself in new ways, and our studios offer a range of media to explore, from watercolor and oils, to printmaking, sculpture, and ceramics.
Whether you’re a seasoned actor or just beginning to wonder if you’re meant for the spotlight, drama is a fun part of every camper’s schedule. Day campers participate in improv games designed to build confidence and creativity, as well as short scripted performances. Full productions are an option through our “Broadway Bootcamp” Specialty Camp.
Every play Gaga Ball? Ask any FaySummer camper, and he or she will tell you that the spirited gaga tournaments in our custom gaga court are a highlight of the summer.
Campers have access to Fay’s Innovation Lab, a 3,700 square-foot space that includes everything you need for inventing and making. Campers have opportunities throughout the summer to design and build in this safe and supervised setting.
Overnight campers stay in double or triple rooms in an intimate, home-style setting with a common room and shared bathrooms. Counselors live in the dorms with the students, providing 24-hour supervision and care.
