  Sam Renshaw - Camp Director

  Sam directed his first summer camp in New England in 2007 and brings with him vast experience running youth programming across three continents. Sam is the Director of Auxiliary Programs at Fay School, delivering the Fay After School program, Early Morning Care, Enrichment Clubs, and Vacation Programs throughout the school year. He is dedicated to ensuring that FaySummer is a fun, enriching, and memorable experience for every single camper that attends.

  Lauren Dayotas - Assistant Camp Director

  Lauren Dayotas is excited to return to FaySummer for her fifteenth season! Lauren treasures the opportunity to see returning campers each year and to watch them grow and thrive through the program. During the school year, she brings her passion for education to the Northborough/Southborough Public Schools. Lauren holds a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from American International College and a Master’s in Special Education from Assumption University. Her dedication, experience, and enthusiasm make her an invaluable part of the FaySummer team.

  Lex Thibodeau - Explorers Unit Leader

  Lex started at FaySummer in 2021 and is excited to return this year as the Unit Leader for the Explorers. During the school year, Lex works at Fay's Early Learning Center as an assistant teacher and she also works within the Extended Fay after-school program. Lex earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire. Her favorite part of FaySummer is helping kids try new things and watching their faces light up with pride! There's nothing more rewarding than supporting children as they find their voice and confidence. FaySummer isn’t just a camp for Lex, it's a place where joy, growth, and friendships come to life.

  Lexi Hahn - Trailblazers & Navigators Unit Leader

  This is Lexi’s fourth year at FaySummer and she couldn’t be more excited to be back. Last summer, Lexi ran the Science and Nature program, where she introduced skills and topics she teaches in her science classroom in the Wachusett School District. She also ran Sports and Games for our Trailblazer, Navigator, and Specialty campers. Lexi’s favorite part of FaySummer is watching campers challenge themselves, make new friends, and try something new!

  Dan Blanchard - Outdoor Adventures Coordinator

  This will be Dan’s seventeenth year at FaySummer! He has his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Providence College and has been a member of the Fay School faculty since 2006. In addition to teaching at Fay during the school year, he serves as the Safety Marshall, a dorm parent, and a coach for soccer and track. During previous summers, Dan has led the FaySummer outdoor adventure program, and he is excited about his new role as Academic Adventures Coordinator.
