Registration Information

Online registration is required for all FaySummer programs. All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and must include all required forms and appropriate deposit(s) to be considered complete. Click the button below to access our online registration portal.

No Camp on July 4th
There is no camp on July 4th and rates will automatically be discounted to reflect this. During Session 1, Day Camp will cost $990 for full-day and $665 for half-day and Specialty Camps will cost $1,080. Voyager Camp will cost $480 and Spotlight Camps will cost $440 that week. AM and PM care will also be discounted to $153 and $180 for the session.

Lunch
For children enrolled in a day camp program, lunch is $5 per day and campers must register for their entire session. Upon registration, lunch selections can be made. Families can also make lunch selected up to 10 days before their camp session begins. Drop in lunch is not available and you must register for lunch in advance. 

Extended Morning and Afternoon Care

Morning care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for an additional cost of $170 per session, and extended afternoon care is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for an additional cost of $200 per session. 

Drop-Ins for Extended Morning and Afternoon Care
Pre-registration is recommended, but we understand the complexity of family scheduling and accommodate drop-in registrations on a space available basis. Morning drop-in care is $20 per drop in and afternoon drop-in care is $25 per drop in. 

Late Pickup Fee
Any camper not picked up by 4:10 p.m. will be taken to Extended Day, and the family will be billed at the drop-in rate. Drop-in fees are not prorated and the full amount is due for any time spent in the Extended Day program.

Multi-Week Discount
Campers enrolled in more than one session of FaySummer are entitled to a 5% discount off each session’s tuition after paying the full cost for one session. The discount may not be combined with other discounts.

Whole Summer Discount
Campers enrolled in all four two-week sessions of day camp are entitled to a 10% discount off each session's tuition after registering for them all. The discount may not be combined with other discounts.

Sibling Discount
Families with more than one camper attending FaySummer are entitled to 5% off all sibling registrations after the first child pays regular tuition. The sibling discount is applied to the lower priced tuition and may not be combined with any other discount.
 
Financial Assistance
FaySummer offers limited need-based financial assistance. It is our goal for as many children to attend FaySummer as possible. Contact the Camp Office for more details.

Refunds
A non-refundable deposit is due upon registration that gets deducted from total session fees. Any families deciding to cancel their registration prior to June 1, 2023 will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. There are no refunds for families that decide to cancel after the June 1, 2023 deadline. If FaySummer cancel a program for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
